The staff here are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and there are plenty of delicious food options to choose from.

Appreciated every detail about our fabulous 1 night stay here. One of the advantages - spotless and air-conditioned rooms; they included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes. The location was great and particularly good, just next door to old town...

Everything was spot-on.

the location was stunning away from tourist spots. the place had a unique atmosphere.

The staff was amazing, and they have parking available right here. the location is so peaceful; you're close to a lovely garden, some charming stone arches made of painted plywood, and even a cute chapel up in the hills that you can visit before dinner. 🌿.

Comfortable beds for a good sleep. It is next to the airport. There was free parking. Chapelle de Centheilles was placed just 1 mile from the hotel, suitable for us.

It was a welcome base for our lovely stay. Bar le Minervois, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. The setting was within only 1 mile from Chapelle de Centheilles. The location was in front of everything we wanted to do

Beautiful building with nicely decorated rooms that have air conditioning; peaceful and picturesque surroundings, just a short stroll to nearby attractions in a lovely area.

The hotel employees are wonderful and amazing. the setting next to the painted plywood 'stone' arches is particularly good. A wide range of food options is just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The staff was friendly, offered fantastic service, and assisted with private parking, while the pool area offered a wide selection of delicious breakfast options.

The room was perfectly clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. the air conditioning helped me to sleep really well. the food was exceptional. the staff were really kind and helped me a lot. the location is great, away from tourist spots.

The rooms here are super clean and really nice, plus they have air conditioning to keep you cool. And let's not forget about the beds! They are like sleeping on a cloud ☁️.

The peaceful setting in the city center and the proximity to Madame Tussauds Orlando were great. Rewritten: the hotel is located in a peaceful area, right in the city center, and it's quite close to Madame Tussauds Orlando.

The location here is great, next to a restaurant and close to Carcassonne, and all the staff is fantastic, always ready to help with any issues.

During my recent business trip to Siran, I had the pleasure of staying at Chateau De Siran - Hotel & Spa, which was chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the luxurious, warm and intimate well-being and beauty spa. The spa provided an exceptional moment of relaxation with its hammam, sauna, sensory shower, ice fountain, and the brand new outdoor infinity spa. The outdoor infinity spa, in particular, was a perfect place to unwind in the professional hot tub, surrounded by the serene beauty of the landscape.

Nothing bad to say.

The scenic walks amidst the lush vines were a delight for both us and the kids. We learned so much about winemaking and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the countryside. It was a truly immersive and educational experience for the whole family.

My children wanted a dedicated play area or playground where they could enjoy themselves after a day of exploring the vineyards.
